How it works
1 How does the FibreZone Networks Referral Programme work? ⌄
Simply register as a referrer and share your unique referral link with friends, family, colleagues, or anyone looking for LTE or Fibre Internet. When someone applies using your referral link and their application is approved and activated, you'll earn R200.
2 How much do I earn per referral? ⌄
You earn R200 for every successful LTE or Fibre contract that is approved and activated through your referral link.
3 When will I receive my commission? ⌄
Referral commissions are paid on the 16th of the following month after your referred customer's service has been approved and activated.
Example
Customer signs up in July → service approved and activated → you receive R200 on 16 August.
4 Do I get paid when someone submits an application? ⌄
No. You only earn a commission after all three of these happen:
  • The customer applies using your referral link
  • The application is approved
  • The LTE or Fibre service is activated
5 Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? ⌄
No. There is no limit. Refer as many customers as you like and earn R200 for every successful LTE or Fibre contract.
Eligibility and approvals
6 Is everyone guaranteed to qualify? ⌄
No. All applications are subject to a credit assessment. If the applicant does not meet the required credit threshold or does not qualify for the service, the application may be declined and no referral commission will be paid.
7 What happens if my referral is declined? ⌄
If an application is declined due to credit assessment, incorrect information, or any other reason, unfortunately no commission will be payable.
8 Which products qualify for referral commission? ⌄
Eligible Telkom LTE and Fibre contracts submitted through your referral link qualify for the R200 referral reward, provided the application is approved and activated.
9 Can I refer myself? ⌄
No. Self-referrals are not eligible for referral rewards.
10 Who can join the Referral Programme? ⌄
Anyone who is 18 years or older with a valid South African bank account can register and start referring customers.
Tracking and payments
11 How do I track my referrals? ⌄
Log into your Referrer Dashboard to view:
  • Pending referrals
  • Approved referrals
  • Declined referrals
  • Commission history
  • Payment history
12 How will I know when my commission has been approved? ⌄
Your Referrer Dashboard will display the status of each referral. Once the service has been approved and activated, it will appear in your payable commission list for the next payment cycle.
13 How will I receive my payment? ⌄
Referral commissions are paid directly into the bank account you provided when registering for the Referral Programme. Please ensure your banking details are accurate to avoid payment delays.

14 Is joining the Referral Programme free? ⌄
Yes. Joining the FibreZone Networks Referral Programme is 100% free.
15 What if I forget to use my referral link? ⌄
To ensure referrals are tracked correctly, customers must apply using your unique referral link. Applications submitted without your referral link may not qualify for referral rewards.
16 Can FibreZone Networks change the Referral Programme? ⌄
Yes. FibreZone Networks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme and its terms and conditions at any time.
